A new monthly report by Friends Reunited of the top 20 most searched for names on its site reveals that the nation's fascination for the rich and famous shows no sign of waning with an increase in searches for celebrities who hit the headlines in September.
Of the seven million name searches carried out this month, celebs Jude Law, Jade Goody and Jodie Marsh came on top, alongside old favourites David Beckham and Robbie Williams.
Jude's recent run of films including Alfie and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow followed by his no-show at girlfriend Sienna Miller's recent Layer Cake premiere have led to a surge in searches for his profile on the Friends Reunited site.
Also featuring in the top 20 is Jade Goody, who has a new dance fitness video out soon. The former Big Brother sensation appears ahead of glamour model Jodie Marsh, who recently revealed that she wants to appear in an upcoming episode of Celebrity Stars in their Eyes as Eminem.

Jodie Marsh: "I may come across as mega confident (which I am) and super in love with myself (which I am not), but I am a normal human being. I still have to this day only had my nose done and not my tits or lips."
Jade Goody: "As you may know I was on Big Brother so I have not got a 9-5 job but do work sometimes."
